Dib Membrane lays on his bed with his hands behind his head. His glasses are on the night stand beside his bed, within easy reach should he desire to see anything clearly. He taps one black boot against the other; its the only movement aside from the rise and fall of his chest. For once Dib is calm on both his interior and exterior. The beat of his heart is steady.
This will be his last time in this room. There aren’t many happy memories to leave behind. Most of his time in here was spent obsessing over the paranormal and sitting in front of video screens. The usual humming from the computer is silent, the screens are blank. One way or

ZADR Orange Chapter 178
The next morning, Dib didn't wake up until close to noon, the sun shining in through the window his only wake-up call. He blinked his eyes open once, and then a second time, before sitting himself up slowly. Zim was gone, having gotten up at least two hours before him. Figuring the other had just decided to let him sleep in, he slowly pushed himself up from the bed and pulled on his clothes from the night before. Heading for the stairs that would take him down to the kitchen, he then heard a few voices as he approached, Zim's among them. He entered the kitchen where Rose and Lily had a laptop set up at the table in front of the Irken. They st

Scene: outer space!
It appears at first as an insignificant dot, just another speckle of decoration on the landscape of the galaxy. As it grows nearer, it can be distinguished to be a lovely blue colour. It sparkles gently. Soon it is close enough, yet still small enough, that Dib thinks he could reach his hand out, grab it, and eat it like a jawbreaker – a blue, green and white jawbreaker, with a small moon orbiting it.
Everyone in the Cruiser is completely quiet. Zim is driving now, with GIR sleeping on the floor behind him, an
Harley walked down the dark allyway that led from their hideout, to the sidewalk with her hyenas giggling at her side.
"How am I gonna be able to live without 'im?" She sighed, and looked back at the door, then to her hyenas. "Ya think he'll forgive me?" She looked down and smiled to her giggling hyenas. "I don't think so neither." She turned back around and started walking around. "But where'll I go? Where am I gonna stay? What'll I do?" She stood still, thinking for a bit. After a few seconds, her face brightened up and she snapped her fingers. "IVY!"
She dressed into street clothes, and walked up to a motel. She went inside, and stood

Dib and Zim arrived to the office, breathing heavily and panting loudly. The secretary removed their hall passes and shut them off, before directing Zim and Dib to the principal's office. They both walked slowly to the office. They were both there during elections and saw what happened to Willy. While neither of ten would admit it, they were scared for their lives knowing what the principal could do to them.
They hesitantly entered the principals office, Zim being sure to push Dib into the office before him. Dib looked back at Zim angrily, then they both set their gaze on a dark, shadowed figure sitting behind a desk.
"Sit." The two obeyed

Gar sighed in relief and was a little sad seeing the robot turn off. But, with a few more clicks, he set the robot into duty mode. "There ya go, little guy. All fixed."
Gir sat back up, eyes red in duty mode. He looked up at Gar. "You fixed me? Finally..."
Gar nodded. "Of course." Zim burst in through the door, eyes wandering all over. Then they fell onto Gir. "GIR! Your alive!"
Gir looked over to Zim. "Yeah, no thanks to you. Did you actually finish the mission or are you here to be dealt with?"
Zim's eyes went wide, seeing the red eyes and deep voice. Then he growled, his gaze latching on to Gar. "You...fixed him? No! Now...shit!" Zim s

"It sure didn't take long for you to get here."
"Irkens heal quickly."
"And what is it that you intend to do, now that you're here?"
"I'm going to kill you."
"Are you, now?"
Zim stood facing Dr. Rawling in her office. She kept herself very composed, her elbows resting on the desk, tapping her fingers together and grinning at Zim. He stared at her, fire burning in his magenta orbs.
"I must say, I'm quite honored you decided to come after me instead of hiding like a coward. Surely that's what Dib would have chosen to do." She said calmly.
"The Dib doesn't want me to kill you, but t
